McDermott berät Ares bei Refinanzierung der TAC-Gruppe

McDermott Will & Schulte hat Ares Credit Funds bei der Refinanzierung der TAC-Gruppe, einem Portfoliounternehmen von LEA Partners, beraten. Die Finanzierung ist als Unitranche-Darlehen, zusammen mit einer Akquisitions- und Capex-Kreditlinie, für weiteres Wachstum strukturiert.

Die 2001 gegründete TAC-Gruppe ist führender Softwareanbieter für Hotel-Spas, Bäder und Fitnessclubs mit Sitz in Hartberg, Österreich.

LEA ist ein führender strategischer Wachstumspartner für B2B SaaS-Unternehmen in der DACH-Region mit mehr als 2 Milliarden Euro an zugesagtem Kapital.

LEA hatte die TAC-Gruppe 2025 erworben.
