MCF acted as Debt Advisor to Nalka on the acquisition of Norres Baggerman Group from Triton

Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF („Nalka“), a leading Nordic private equity investor, has entered into an agreement to acquire Norres Baggerman Group (“Norres Baggerman”), a market-leading manufacturer of industrial hoses. In this industrial transaction, MCF advised Nalka’s Munich office on arranging the financing of the acquisition.

The Deal
Nalka, formed in 2009 in Stockholm, has signed an agreement to acquire Norres Baggerman from funds advised by Triton Partners. The acquisition of Norres Baggerman will mark the first transaction of Nalka’s newly established Munich office.

The Target
Norres Baggerman, founded in 1889 in Gelsenkirchen, is a market-leading manufacturer of industrial PU, PVC and rubber hoses. The hoses find application across a variety of sectors, including agriculture, industrial, renewables, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and construction. In 2021, Norres acquired the Dutch Baggerman Group, significantly expanding its product portfolio and international presence. Norres Baggerman has around 400 employees and production sites in Germany, Italy, the US and China.
