Metzler Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of ConMoto Strategie und Realisierungs GmbH, Germany, on the sale of 100% of the shares to Waterland Private Equity backed Horn & Company Group GmbH, Germany. ConMoto, with headquarters in Munich, is one of the most experienced German consulting firms with long-termn industrial and consulting expertise.
