We advised the private shareholder on the sale of 100% of his shares of K & R Eilers GmbH to Groupe Circet S.A., France, backed by Advent International. The seller will continue to manage the company and reinvested in the new parent company. Major reason for closing this transaction for the seller was to receive better access to financing and to enable faster growth due to tremendous market opportunities.
K & R Eilers GmbH is a medium-sized construction company with 240 employees, based in Lower Saxony, Germany. As a service provider for regional and supraregional customers the company acts as a partner for all types of work on supply lines (digital infrastructure, FTTH, electricity, gas, and water) and in the field of civil engineering. The company also undertakes repair and installation work. Main customers are municipal utilities and power suppliers.
