OMMAX advised INVISION on the successful acquisition of material assets from Planet Sports
OMMAX supported INVISION, a DACH-based private equity firm focused on mid-market companies, with commercial due diligence advice. The transaction involved an asset deal of the German board-sports online retailer Planet Sports, which offers a wide range of products and accessories in relation to snowboarding, surfing and skateboarding. Invision partnered with the experienced founder team of TonerPartner on this transaction.
As part of the commercial due diligence, OMMAX examined the company’s current state and growth potential by analyzing key elements of the digital business model. The project included the identification of key-drivers in the apparel and sports e-commerce segment, the assessment of consumer loyalty and return rates as well as the expected impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the company’s development.
