palero acquired Schlaadt Group

Schlaadt Unternehmensgruppe is a leading solution provider for complex packaging and insulations. The Company processes moulded and cut-to-size parts made of particle foam (EPS, EPP, special foams) with revenues of c. EUR 50m and approx. 350 employees. Through its four German and one US production sites, the Company operates with highest flexibility for its blue chip customers and covers the full value chain, from product engineering and development to material sourcing and production to logistics and recycling.
