She then spent three years as Executive Director, Acquisition Finance at Oldenburgische Landesbank before joining GCA’s Debt Advisory division in 2020.

Ms. Pfeifenberger began her career in 2007 at C.W. Downer & Co, a US M&A boutique that later merged with Spanish investment bank Alantra. She joined GCA in 2021 shortly before its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey, where she is now part of the Industrials Group and advises financial investors, owner-managed companies, and listed businesses in the fast-growing industrial technology sector, focusing specifically on the digitalisation and automation of industrial processes. Ms. Pfeifenberger holds a master’s degree in International Business Administration from Karl Franzens University in Graz.
