Refinancing to support CoCoNet’s next phase of growth under EMERAM ownership

We have advised EMERAM Capital Partners (EMERAM) on its refinancing of CoCoNet AG (CoCoNet), a software provider for digital corporate banking focused on payments and cash management.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, CoCoNet provides standalone front-office solutions, enabling financial institutions to enhance end-user experience without the need to overhaul their core banking systems. During the past 10 years, CoCoNet successfully expanded from Germany to other neighbouring countries, such as Italy, the Netherlands, the UK, Switzerland, and Austria. With its comprehensive platform featuring a wide range of functionalities and formats, CoCoNet caters to over one million users.

EMERAM is one of the leading investment managers for medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries. Funds advised by EMERAM provide more than €650m of capital for the development of growing companies. The portfolio includes companies from the investment themes of digital transformation, health and well-being, and energy transition.
