ROOTS ADVISORY FACILITATES STRATEGIC CROSS-BORDER TRANSACTION BETWEEN CFH GMBH AND AIRONN HAVALANDIRMA A.Ş.
ROOTS Advisory is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders of Aironn Havalandırma A.Ş., a leading manufacturer of ventilation systems for infrastructure and construction based in Istanbul, Turkey, in their successful cross- border transaction with CFH GmbH based in Marl, Germany. CFH GmbH is a leading international manufacturer of industrial ventilation systems and rand recently became part of Yancoal International Holding and Shandong Energy Group a industrial global leader based in China.
Following clearance by the Turkish Competition Authority, the transaction was officially finalised on 8 August 2025. CFH GmbH acquired a 51% stake in Aironn Havalandırma A.Ş. The partnership with CFH marks a significant step in AIRONN’s international expansion strategy. Leveraging the existing distribution networks of CFH GmbH creates cross-selling opportunities for both parties and accelerates growth in international markets.
