Seitz advises Carasent, a Norwegian listed company, on its acquisition and several post-closing measures at DATA-AL. Carasent specializes in providing innovative software solutions for the healthcare sector. Data-AL provides electronic health record (EHR) solutions for private healthcare clinics in Germany, supporting over 1,000 customers. With their combined businesses, both will deliver stronger and more comprehensive technology to their customers, especially in Germany. Capitalmind Investec acted as M&A advisor on this transaction.
