EVEX Group consisting of Amparex GmbH and Ipro GmbH, has successfully entered the UK market with the acquisition of Optix Software Ltd.
With this strategic decision, EVEX Group accelerates the group’s further growth in Europe.
Telescope Advisory Partners (“Telescope”) advised EVEX Group, a portfolio company of FLEX Capital (“FLEX”), with Commercial Due Diligence services on the acquisition of Optix Software Ltd. (“Optix”), a UK-based leading provider of audiologist and optician practice management software.
Optix Software Ltd. originally founded in 2001 has since developed into UK’s leading and innovative audiologist and optician practice management software firm that provides its solutions primarily to customers in the UK. Optix Software Ltd.’s expertise, reputation, and market position provide the perfect entry point for EVEX Group into the UK market.
The EVEX Group was established in Germany in November 2021 with the acquisition of Ipro and Amparex. Since then, both firms have increasingly collaborated through joint development of new software products and knowledge exchange. Today, EVEX Group comprises four companies. The different companies in the group offer country specific healthcare market knowledge and complement each other with their unique software features.
