Telescope Advisory Partners (“Telescope”) advised Håndverksgruppen AS (“Håndverksgruppen”) with Commercial Due Diligence services on the integration of Hans Übelacker GmbH (“Hans Übelacker”), a Munich-based leading provider of special coatings and surfaces.
Hans Übelacker originally founded in 1929 has since developed into one of Germany’s leading and innovative surface treatment firms delivering customized solutions to customers in Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland and Spain. Hans Übelacker’s expertise, reputation and market position provides the perfect entry point for Håndverksgruppen into the German market.
Håndverksgruppen was established in Norway in July 2020 with 30 local craft companies joining forces to become a stronger player in the market. Since then, the company has established itself in Sweden (April 2021) and Denmark (November 2022). Today, Håndverksgruppen comprises of 131 craft companies in the three countries. The different companies in the group offer all kinds of surface treatment services for paints, tiles, masonry, and flooring. Håndverksgruppen is owned by FSN Capital and its employees.
