Telescope Advisory Partners: Rigeto Unternehmerkapital Laid Foundation for Network of Complementary Companies That Offer High-Quality Software Development, Digital and IT Services With a Focus on the DACH Region

With the foundation of AndCompany, Rigeto Unternehmerkapital has laid the foundation for creating a network of complementary companies, that offer high-quality software development as well as digital and IT services with a focus on the DACH region. In a first step, AndCompany has fully acquired ion2s GmbH, a full digital service provider based in Darmstadt. The managing partner of ion2s, Konstantin Papageorgiou, will in turn take a reverse stake in AndCompany.
Ion2s has grown dynamically in recent years and has become one of the 50 largest full-service UX/UI service providers in Germany. With around 80 employees, it develops highly complex digitalization solutions, web portals, eShops and SaaS applications for large companies as well as larger medium-sized companies. Ion2s further covers the entire technological spectrum, from the development of customized solutions including integration into the existing application architecture (ERP, CRM, etc.) to open-source web development with CMS solutions (TYPO3, etc.), shop and headless solutions (Contentful, Spryker).
