Walder Wyss: DRS Investment GmbH veräussert XELOG AG an proLogistik Holding GmbH

Die private Beteiligungsgesellschaft DRS Investment GmbH hat sämtliche Aktien des Schweizer Softwareunternehmens XELOG AG an die deutsche proLogistik-Gruppe veräussert.

Der Erwerb des Schweizer Spezialisten für Logistiksoftware ist Teil der Strategie der proLogistik, einen europaweiten Logistikverbund aufzubauen und weiter im europäischen Ausland zu expandieren. Gleichzeitig können Kunden der XELOG von den Produkten und Dienstleistungen der proLogistik-Gruppe profitieren.

Walder Wyss beriet die proLogistik-Gruppe in allen Aspekten des Schweizer Rechts. Das Team wurde federführend von Robert von Rosen (Partner, Corporate/M&A) geleitet und bestand aus Alexander Gutmans (Partner, Corporate/M&A), Jessica Aeschbach Flórez (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A), Benno Fischer-Siddiqui (Associate, IP & Technology Transfer), Karina Tschon (Associate, Corporate/M&A), Christoph Burckhardt (Associate, Corporate/M&A) sowie Adrienne Strahm (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
