Winterberg’s Schweizer Treuhand Holding Acquires SMART Treuhand
Schweizer Treuhand Holding AG, managed by Winterberg Advisory GmbH, acquires shares in SMART Treuhand AG and other group companies with offices in Altendorf, Basel, Einsiedeln, Glarus, Hünenberg, Ilanz/Glion, Stans, Zurich and Zug.
Schweizer Treuhand Holding AG has successfully completed the acquisition of shares in SMART Treuhand AG and other group companies. SMART was founded in 2017 by Stefan Widmer and Stéphanie Rauchenstein and has since acquired and integrated numerous fiduciary and audit firms. SMART’s service offering comprises the typical services of a fiduciary firm, including accounting and reporting, payroll accounting and human resources, administrative support, as well as tax returns and VAT services. In addition, the group provides audit services and advisory services on legal and tax matters, with a particular focus on digitalisation and process optimisation. With almost 100 employees across nine locations, SMART primarily serves SMEs and private clients.
