Carlsquare advised Snowminds Group on the sale of a majority stake to Swedish perpetual owner Röko AB

Snowminds was founded in 2012 by Christoffer Vorre and Ottar í Hjøllum, both certified instructors in Austria. Since then, they have helped over 5000 ski and snowboard instructors from more than 30 countries to become certified instructors. Headquartered in Copenhagen Snowminds had net sales of approximately €8 million the last fiscal year. Following the transaction, Christoffer and Ottar will remain as significant minority shareholders and continue in their roles as co-Managing Directors.
