Founded in 2009 by, amongst others, Dr. Christian Horn and Dr. Alexander Bethke-Jaenicke, Horn & Company, based in Dusseldorf, Germany, is a top management consultancy specialising in designing and efficiently implementing strategic and digital transformation processes for financial service providers as well as industrial and trading companies, with an additional focus on measurable P&L improvements via data-driven analyses. The entire management team will continue to actively lead the company and continue its strategic growth path together with Waterland.
