Deloitte advised EOS Partners (“EOS”) in their investment in Poolarserver alongside the founders to further drive its leading position in the growing construction collaboration sector.

About the transaction

A multi-disciplinary Deloitte team successfully advised EOS in their investment in Poolarserver GmbH, a leading provider of collaboration software for the construction industry. Both founders, Prof. Dr. Matthias Friedle and Klaus Schwägerl, will continue to hold significant shares in the business and continue to drive the business as managing directors. The shareholders will jointly support Poolarserver on its successful growth path by building the company and further strengthening the software.

The team was led by David Krüger, Transaction Services partner, supported by Sébastien Catteau and André Flaskamp working together with M&A Tax led by Clemens Petersen and supported by Axel Ortjohann. Deloitte’s industry expertise, integrated approach and focused execution strongly supported EOS in this transaction.
