Digitalmaterial partners with DocuNext Switzerland, a portfolio company of Groupe Baelen
We have advised the shareholders of Digitalmaterial, a managed-services provider (MSP) for cloud services and modern work, on its partnership with DocuNext Switzerland, a portfolio company of Groupe Baelen.
Digitalmaterial provides IT services with a focus on Azure and Microsoft 365’s product offering, also providing additional professional services, including advising customers on their IT strategy and training.
The company was founded in 2006 and has been continuously growing. In 2020, the current management team took over the operational control of the company and will continue to lead Digitalmaterial under its new ownership.
Founded in 2003 and Paris-based, Groupe Baelen invests in and develops attractive SMEs. The company acquired Digitalmaterial through its Swiss subsidiary, DocuNext Switzerland. The acquisition of Digitalmaterial enables Groupe Baelen to further establish itself in the DACH region as well as in cloud and modern work IT services.
