Fremman Capital to acquire a majority stake in the leading buy-and-build focused IT-Services platform connexta.
As a partner for digital transformation, connexta focuses on multi-cloud-services, IT security, managed services and modern workplace. As a buy-and-build focused group, the company managed to develop itself to an end-to-end provider, serving a variety of customer needs from the SME market with a comprehensive product portfolio. Driven by an inorganic growth strategy, connexta has developed into a company consisting of local heroes and specialists, achieving a double-digit revenue growth in the past resulting in €120m revenue this year. With the new investor, connexta wants to continue its inorganic growth strategy and especially expand its managed services business unit.Fremman Capital is a pan-European mid-market investment firm with offices in London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Munich and Paris. Fremman’s target is to help companies develop from local champions into multinational, sustainable market leaders.
