Der Geschäftsbereich Electrification von Addtech hat die deutsche Innovatek OS GmbH übernommen, einen Spezialisten für maßgeschneiderte Kühlsysteme für industrielle Anwendungen. Innovatek beschäftigt 52 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und erzielt einen Umsatz von rund 12 Mio. EUR. Das Unternehmen beliefert Kunden in den Bereichen E-Mobilität, Medizintechnik und Mikroskopie.

Addtech ist eine börsennotierte schwedische Unternehmensgruppe für technische Lösungen mit mehr als 150 unabhängigen Gesellschaften in ganz Europa. Die Gruppe bietet Hightech-Produkte und -Lösungen vor allem in den Geschäftsbereichen Automation, Electrification, Energy, Industrial Solutions und Process Technology an.
